New Intro to Weight Training Program for Pre-teens!
Designed for ages 11-14, this 10-week course will give young athletes their first taste of exercise, healthy eating, and a positive lifestyle, building confidence both in and out of the gym!
With only 6 spots available, we’re keeping the class small to focus on proper technique, safety, and ensuring each participant gets personalized attention. Our goal is to set the foundation for lifelong fitness habits while having fun along the way! Thursdays @ 4PM

Looking to work hard, sweat, and cry(joking) early in the morning? This adult only bootcamp is the best way to start your mornings off. Feel better move better with a mix of weights, core, and cardio to help get you back into the best shape you can be. With measurements and weigh-ins included but totally optional you will be joining a class that has seen the inches fall off during the program.
