With more than 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Andre Thibeault has shown a dedication to his clients by helping them lead healthy lifestyles and to reach their goals.
Andre has diploma in Physical Fitness Management from Cambrian College and personal training certification through the accredited Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. As fitness is his passion, Andre has continued to enhance his skills by becoming an Urban Poling Instructor, Youth Exercise Specialist, Physical Literacy Leader in Sport & Recreation and Golf Fitness Specialist. With this continued success, Andre decided to start APT Fitness to provide quality fitness services to northern communities.
Andre believes in building trust with his clients and encouraging them along each step of their journey while continuing to push their limits. He believes that in order for you to make your health and fitness a priority, it needs to fit your lifestyle and still be fun.

Qualifications:

Lorelle Polano, RYT-200, Restorative
Lorelle is known for her humour, energy and compassion. She completed her 200 hour Ashtanga training in 2015 at Free Bird Yoga school in Chelmsford, and has been further developing her yoga practice and teaching through studies in restorative yoga, exploring the connections between the physical and emotional, and refining teaching techniques in adjustments and cueing. Born and raised in Lively, Lorelle moved back in 2007 after living in Windsor, Scotland and Toronto.

Wanda is passionate about helping individuals develop a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that lasts. Her goal is to empower clients in mind, body, and soul by creating supportive, motivating, and results-driven experiences tailored to each person’s unique journey. With certifications in YMCA Strength Fit, Group Fitness (Strength & Cardio), Aquafit, Personal Training, TRX Suspension Training, Ball Therapy, Cycle, and Pilates, Wanda brings a well-rounded and dynamic approach to fitness. She is deeply committed to working closely with clients, guiding them through every stage of their progress, and helping them build confidence, strength, and long-term success both inside and outside the gym.
