Andre has diploma in Physical Fitness Management from Cambrian College and personal training certification through the accredited Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. As fitness is his passion, Andre has continued to enhance his skills by becoming an Urban Poling Instructor, Youth Exercise Specialist, Physical Literacy Leader in Sport & Recreation and Golf Fitness Specialist. With this continued success, Andre decided to start APT Fitness to provide quality fitness services to northern communities.

Hi, my name is Eliot Gauthier. I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Glute Exercise Instructor. I am currently working towards becoming a Nutritionist, Health Coach and Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
I grew up competing in hockey and equestrian riding. Fitness and athleticism have always been a big part of my life. I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, and competing in events such as, Tough Mudder.
I am also a single Mom to 3 amazing, active, and beautiful young girls. Motherhood, although amazing, has come with many physical and emotional changes and challenges.
Over the years, I gained over 100 lbs from my pregnancies and struggled with binge eating episodes and self esteem issues. It has been an up and down journey but finding my way back to fitness and a healthy lifestyle saved my life.
It is my mission to help other women heal their relationship with food, fitness and self-esteem by creating realistic fitness routines for busy moms without pressure or judgement. My ultimate goal is to inspire and support you in your fitness journey.
Chad is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals to create an awesome life! He has been a part of the fitness industry since 2012 when he was a personal trainer in Michigan. Chad is an ISSA (International Sports and Science Association) certified personal trainer, a PN Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach and has completed his Crossfit Online Level 1 certification. Chad believes that Health is deep and encompasses the whole person. One’s wellness journey is unique and yet the basics of living a healthy lifestyle can be applied to all. The habits and environments we create can help us feel great and live well. Eating well, moving well, thinking well, and being well all add to creating opportunities to live the life you want. Chad maintains that trust, communication, having fun, accountability and reaching out of your comfort zone all work together in producing enjoyable workouts and long lasting healthy lifestyles.
Lorelle Polano, RYT-200, Restorative
Lorelle is known for her humour, energy and compassion. She completed her 200 hour Ashtanga training in 2015 at Free Bird Yoga school in Chelmsford, and has been further developing her yoga practice and teaching through studies in restorative yoga, exploring the connections between the physical and emotional, and refining teaching techniques in adjustments and cueing. Born and raised in Lively, Lorelle moved back in 2007 after living in Windsor, Scotland and Toronto.
